We are a proud to announce that we are a signatory of the New Plastics Economy Global Commitment to shape a sustainable future.
Plastic waste pollution has captured the world (and the public’s attention) at last and the search for solutions has started. We are proud to be part of a commitment to the vision of a circular economy for plastic in which it never becomes waste.
As signatories we have committed to the following 3 actions.
- Help to eliminate all needless and problematic plastic items.
- Aid the drive in the innovation of reusable, recyclable, or compostable plastics.
- Work to ensure all plastic items used are kept in a circular economy and out of the environment.
The New Plastics Economy Global Commitment is led by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation and aims to unite businesses, governments, and organisations behind a common vision, to address plastic waste and pollution at its source.
